Chocolate Drop Christmas Cookies combine rich chocolate flavor with the sweet, fruity pop of candied cherries and candied pineapple, making them a perfect addition to your holiday baking lineup.

These soft, cake-like cookies are easy to whip up and bring a festive touch to any cookie plate. Start by blending melted chocolate into a soft dough, then mix in chopped candied fruits for a colorful, cheerful twist. The candied cherries add a hint of tartness, while the pineapple offers a tropical sweetness that complements the chocolate base. Perfect for sharing—or keeping for yourself!
