Ingredients for Chocolate Drop Christmas Cookies
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped raisins
4 tablespoons candied cherries
4 tablespoons candied pineapple
4 tablespoons butter - melted
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate - melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Add flour, baking powder and salt together and sift
Add sugar to eggs and beat until very light
Add chocolate, nuts, fruit and butter.
Stir in flour, mixing thoroughly
Drop from a spoon onto lined baking sheet
Bake for 7 minutes.
